Tax help that already knows your situation
An H-1B and a vesting schedule. A brokerage account you never closed back home. Crypto you bought years before you set foot here. You shouldn't have to explain all of it from scratch — we work with this every day.
Who We Work With
Does this sound like you?
If more than one of these lands, you are in the right place.
Your RSUs vested and you owed five figures in April that nobody warned you about.
You still have a bank account back home and you are not certain you were supposed to report it.
You bought crypto years before you moved here and have no idea what your cost basis is.
A preparer told you your foreign fund was “just a mutual fund.”
Your side project started making real money and you do not know what you owe on it.
Your parents wired money to help with a down payment.
You moved here mid-year and no one could tell you which return you file.
You are applying for a green card and you want your tax history clean.
What We Do
A short list, done properly
We do not do everything. We do the things that go wrong for people who earn in one country and still have money in another.
Equity Compensation
RSUs, ISOs, ESPP and the April surprise. We plan the tax before the vest, not after it.
Learn moreCrypto & Digital Assets
Coins you bought before you moved, exchanges most preparers have never heard of, and a basis history nobody can reconstruct.
Learn moreResidency & Treaty Tax
Your first U.S. tax year, treaty positions, and what changes once your worldwide income is reportable here.
Learn moreForeign Asset Reporting
The accounts, funds, pensions, and family money you kept back home — reported correctly, without drama.
Learn moreProduct & Business Income
The AI product, SaaS, or API you built started earning. Entity choice, development costs, and sales tax on digital goods.
Learn moreBookkeeping
Books for the consulting practice or side business you run alongside your day job.
Learn moreWhy A Specialist
Why a general accountant usually is not enough
A good local accountant handles a W-2, a mortgage, and a brokerage account very well. Most of them will go an entire career without filing the forms on this list, because most of their clients never need them.
These forms are penalty-driven rather than tax-driven. You can owe nothing in tax and still be exposed, because the exposure attaches to the disclosure, not the income. That is a genuinely unusual structure, and it is why the omissions are so easy to make and so expensive to discover later.
We are not warning you about your accountant. We are telling you which questions to make sure somebody asks.

- Form 3520
- Gifts and inheritance received from family abroad
