The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate engagement agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. You agree not to provide false or misleading information. Any errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you are your responsibility.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your financial information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services with your consent.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are outlined in your engagement agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
